Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement:

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment. This fee will be applied towards your total service cost.

Cancellation Fees:

• One Day Prior Cancellation: Cancellations made one day before the appointment will incur a fee of 75% of the total service cost, and the deposit will be forfeited. You will receive an email or text invoice for payment.

• Same Day Cancellation: Cancellations on the same day will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost, and the deposit will be forfeited. An email or text invoice will be sent for payment.

Grace Period:

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for appointments. If you arrive 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and cancellation fees will apply.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will no longer be able to book future appointments and will be blocked from our scheduling system.
